Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Material Estimating team, based in Sunnyvale, CA. This position may be staffed as a hybrid role (at the discretion of the hiring manager) from other West Coast Mission Systems offices; however, the preference is to staff out of the Sunnyvale site.
What You'll Get to Do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare material estimates for proposal submittals by:
Understanding customer requirements through RFPs and other requests
Collaborating and coordinating with proposal technical teams to develop the material estimating strategy, interfacing with Business Management, Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Program Office, and Pricing Organizations
Selecting appropriate pricing methods (e.g., PO History, vendor quotes) for each item included in the proposal
Ensuring compliance with Customer and FAR/DFAR Regulatory Requirements
Ensuring delivery schedule adherence
Supporting proposal reviews with detailed Bills of Materials and Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs), including accompanying supporting data
Preparing Bill of Material pricing templates to support proposal-specific pricing models
Supporting risk and opportunity assessment, quantification, and analysis during the proposal estimating process
Preparing material price analyses to support business unit and GSC leaders in decision-making as it pertains to specific pricing proposals
Supporting fact-finding, government audits, customer negotiations, and certifications, while ensuring TINA compliance during all aspects of the proposal process
Interacting with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Pricing, and Business Management

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of combined experience in Pricing, Finance, Business Management, Global Supply Chain or another related field or a Master's Degree.
Proposal Experience within government contracting

Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
