The MS&A team provides System Development and Verification support across program segments. He/she will continue to learn and apply safety standards in programming while working in a software development environment to support creating the best product possible. You will get to apply your SW Engineering, Cyber Software, and software modeling experience to support Weapon Systems MS&A activities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Associate Software Engineer: Bachelor's in relevant field of study.
• Software Engineer: 02 Years with Bachelor's in relevant field of study; 00 Years with Masters, or 04 additional years in lieu of a degree.
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
• Prior experience with UML/SysML
• Prior experience with C++, Java, or JavaScript
• Prior experience with Software Cyber Security

• Master of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
• 1 year of work experience through internships or university research

Salary Range: $63,700.00 - $100,900.00Salary Range 2: $81,300.00 - $121,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
