Are you ready to put your experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense Systems sector wants you to join our team as a Property and Asset Management Analyst and provide support to our Orlando Fl, Mission Data Management operating unit.
This position is located in Orlando, FL.
Duties include:
Use your knowledge of the FAR/DFAR related to property administration.
Travel up to 10% of the time
Review and update property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle.
Maintain property accountability records, determining condition of assets, arranging disposal of surplus/obsolete material.
Occasional irregular hours and travel may be required for the role.
Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary.
Provide technical, tactical, and execution support in various aspects of industry standard supply chain business process areas, primarily supply chain production and supply chain logistics, as well as supply chain business operations.
Manage the shipping and receipt of goods, including opening packages, verifying quantities, and confirming accurate item delivery
Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage concurrent projects and timelines.
Detail oriented, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Implement End-to-End material management measures, including FIFO adherence, material variances, cycle time optimization, scrap/obsolescence management, cycle/physical counting, and audits, etc., to ensure inventory accuracy and to mitigate stockouts or overstocking. This includes the development & improvement of critical metrics.
Drive positive change with the team to continuously improve internal processes along with external supply of materials.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Implement and maintain efficient inventory control processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Be able to handle stress effectively in a fast-paced environment
Manage the cycle count process, performing cycle counts and resolving discrepancies, including inventory in the warehouse, as well as in work-in-progress (WIP) areas.
Ability to lead and develop a team to support the business requirements.

Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 6 yrs of Property and Asset Management experience and a High School diploma. A minimum of 1 year of experience with a Bachelors degree, or 0 years of experience with a Masters degree may also be considered.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint
Ability to lift greater than 50 lbs. with help from another employee not to exceed 100 lbs
Ability to work hours as necessary to meet business objectives. This may include working over 40 hours (40+ hours in a work week)
Valid United States Driver License in good standard.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Systems Applications Processes (SAP) knowledge and skills) highly preferred
Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics principles, inventory management techniques, and material planning strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, individual contributors and customers
Solid understanding of lean principles and experience in implementing process improvement initiatives
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards related to material management activities
Knowledge and understanding of RFGen software capabilities
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9102
Active DOD Secret Clearance within the last 5 years
Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
