Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. This position will report directly to the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Division Planning Manager. This person will manage a team of planners in performing the day to day execution of the GSC Planning role for the multiple SDS programs. This manager will help lead the planning teams to achieve execution of program material requirements throughout the material lifecycle from initial inception to delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities

Helps define and review processes where gaps or improvements may be needed by coordinating cross functionally both within and outside of GSC
Tracks performance of responsible planning teams' forecasts to meet program and company financial goals
Responsible for creating a culture of cross collaboration across the product lifecycle with multiple disciplines both inside and outside GSC to ensure actions are driven to closure and requirements are released properly
Leads planning team in execution of material requirements and is responsible for resource planning, schedule performance, and supply chain issue resolution
Drives a culture of cross-collaboration both within GSC and outside GSC to make sure open items are being driven to closure
Basic Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain/business/project management; or a HS diploma (or equivalent) with 10 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Requires a minimum 1 year of experience leading projects or cross-functional teams
Requires 1 year of in-depth experience with SAP ERP System focused on MRP Functions and Transactions OR with CPLM
Requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of specifications, drawings & supplier statements of work (SOWs)
Knowledge of GSC processes including planning, MRP, procurement, goods receipt, etc.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors.
Ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers.
Experience with CPLM
Prior experience working classified programs
Active DoD Security Clearance

This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
