What You'll Get To Do:
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Leads procurement efforts related to Purchase Order (PO) Delivery Management, responsible for engaging with suppliers once they accept the PO through delivery and invoices are paid, including coordination with buyer teams for PO any change orders.
Responsible for supplier on-time delivery performance, material financial forecasts for open POs, and ensuring compliant deliveries from the supplier.
Leads procurement efforts related to supplier onboarding including Terms & Conditions negotiations, Non-Disclosure Agreement establishment, and other supplier documentation.
Responsible to obtain supplier quotes for supply chain planning and Northrop proposal use, and supporting proposal efforts.
Partners with Supply Chain leadership and cross functional teams to execute actions and drive results with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
Develops and enhances processes and metrics to improve effectiveness and consistency within the Procurement area of responsibility.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Job Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications: *
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; Master's degree and 6 years of related experience; or an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Must have US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD secret security clearance.
A minimum of 3 years in a formal lead and/or management position.
Must have experience with supplier interactions and negotiations, and the ability to hold them accountable to the requirements (delivery dates, technical requirements, quality requirements, etc.) they accepted on the Purchase Order (PO).
Experience in complying with and enforcing company processes.
Demonstrated understanding of and experience with the FAR and DFARS.
Experience with US government contracting flow-downs and requirements.
Must have experience conducting presentations to executive leadership.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior experience managing build-to-print manufacturing purchase orders and suppliers; demonstrated understanding of basic supplier manufacturing steps and schedules.
Experience with supplier quality requirements and understanding of processes for First Article Inspection and Source Inspection.
Experience with T&Cs negotiations and involving stakeholders for resolution.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP
Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $200,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
