What You'll Get to Do:
This customer-facing leadership role supports the Network Operations, Sustainment, Support and Modernization (N-OSSM) portfolio of programs, but the primary customer is the USAF Life Cycle Management Center's (LCMC) Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) program. This is a dual-hat role, leading a CONUS-based team of Property Management professionals and a team of Field Support Logisticians based OCONUS. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
Primary Duties

Acts as program focal point for all Property Management and Field ILS areas of responsibility

* Provides mentorship and career guidance for a team of exempt and non-exempt professionals

* Reviews field support requirements and recommends tool and test equipment

* Establishes calibration requirements for fielded systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks

* Performs maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers

* Reviews handbooks for technical adequacy

* Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support

* Plans and contributes to proposal efforts and other business capture initiatives

* Maintains records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations

* Maintains records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed; coordinates property transfers; plans and executes periodic property inventories and audits; and prepares reports of property status

* Conduct internal and external property assessments/audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy

* Work across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to achieve contractual objectives

* Participate in Lean/Agile process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant logistics experience, or Masters and 3 years of relevant logistics experience
* Experience providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to government/military sustainment programs
* Demonstrated leadership experience, whether in a formal managerial role or in a team leader capacity
* Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Current active DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications

International deployment experience supporting the United States Air Force
* ITAR/Export Compliance experience
* Working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS 252.245-7003 government property regulations
* Knowledge of USAF Traffic Management Office (TMO) military airlift (MILAIR) requirements
* Experience planning and executing government property audits
* Knowledge of Depot Maintenance and Supply Support for fielded military systems
* Control Account Manager (CAM) certification and experience as a CAM
* Experience with defense contractor proposals, to include writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
Salary Range: $104,600 - $156,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
