The Manager Data Analytics 3 will be a member of the Process Compliance organization within Mission Assurance and will be leading exciting, cutting-edge initiatives as Mission Assurance continues to build standard performance measures and develop timely insights to guide teams to deliver high quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data analytics to drive value across our business, interacting regularly with stakeholders, and developing key analytics frameworks for all business areas turning data into business insights and predictive / autonomous outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build and develop a world class team leveraging a strong foundation already in place
Support requirements capture, design and technical implementation related to Data Analytics
Manage capacity, priorities, and performance for a team of Database Engineers, Data Insight Analysts, and Data Scientists
Develop solutions in collaboration with customers to support customer needs.
Actively engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure services are delivered to meet or exceed expectations in a highly complex and dynamic environment
Develop vision and execution strategy for data analytics
Provide resources to make data analytics staff more successful
Establish best practices for data analytics execution
Develop data analytics talent pipeline
Advise leadership team on data and analytics value, opportunities, and strategy
Brief management and executive leadership on data analytics projects
The successful candidate must demonstrate mature project management skills and must provide timely and transparent plans and status to schedules.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree (STEM) field AND 8+ years of data analytics experience within Aerospace, Aeronautics, manufacturing, or operations OR Master's degree (STEM) field AND 6+ years of data analytics experience within Aerospace, Aeronautics, manufacturing, or operations
Must have 5 years of prior leadership/management experience.
Experience with data analytics and data science tools and techniques
Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for being at the leading edge of Technology with hands-on software development or Analytics experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on analytical subject matter
Experience in process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques
Experience in identifying and driving operational/organizational change and excellence
Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and provide transparency to projects being worked
Proven people management experience leading an organization
Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product/technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective teams
Demonstrated ability to transform business requirements to specific analytical tools
Experience with concepts such as: Data Catalog, Data Warehouse, Common Data Model, Data Architecture
Experience with SSIS, Denodo, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI and Cloud Analytics Services in AWS/Azure.
Northrop Grumman cybersecurity standards and practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
Understanding of Northrop Grumman policy, process, and products.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
Ability to make decisions with minimal support.

Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $255,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
