We are looking for you to join our team as a Manager, Computer Systems Analysis 2 to lead the Contracts, Pricing, Government Property, and International Trade software tools support team. This position will be on-site and while the preferred location would be Linthicum, MD or Rolling Meadows, IL we will consider having you based out of another NG hub. This will require you to work in the office full time but there may be some flexibility to work a hybrid schedule at the Hiring Manager's discretion.
What You Will Get To Do:
In this role you will lead a team of four information system professionals with functionally diverse responsibilities whose goal is to focus on tools Contracts, Pricing, Government Property and International Trade Compliance professionals are utilizing on a daily basis. The successful candidate will work closely with Sector level functional leadership in support of developing, enhancing and deploying tools, gathering & reporting data, supporting sector-level objectives, special projects, Sector communications, and developing positive relationships at all levels. In these tasks, the successful candidate will have the opportunity for creativity and thought leadership by developing and implementing changes in support of the Sector Contracts, Pricing, Government Property and International Trade Compliance teams and have opportunities for improving the user experience within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team in developing and deploying data analytics and tools to help drive compliance, timeliness, and inform business area decision-making.
Supports multiple, concurrent initiatives to evaluate, define, design, implement, measure, monitor, and control business process improvements and tools within MS Sector Contracts, Pricing & Estimating, International Trade Compliance and Government Property Tool sets.
Partners closely with functional experts to consult, requirement gather and provide solutioning that leverages existing products or new development.
Collaborate with other sectors and functions by sharing best practices, technology and tool sets.
Oversee tools issue resolution.
Manage recurring activities to support the existing CP+ tool set. This includes effective management of critical updates to information within the tools
Direct management, oversight, and career development of four professionals
Provide adequate resourcing and oversight to ensure the execution of the goals of the organization
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience or Master's degree with 5 years of relevant business management experience (Software Tools support in Contracts, Pricing, International Trade, Government Property)
Project/change management with focus on requirements definition, data migrations, testing, and training
Experience managing multiple projects with recurring operations
Experience running effective meetings
SAP Experience
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure milestones are met
Ability to work effectively in cross functional (operations, management, and financial) teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Northrop Grumman cross functional experience (Contracts, Pricing, International Trade Compliance, Government Property +)
Experience working with Tableau, Tableau Prep, Data Analysis, SQL, Web Applications, Executive Dashboards
Experience using CP+ Tools
Experience in the Aerospace Industry
Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
Experience as a program and/or project manager
Experience across multiple domains from: Program Management, Agile, Lean, or DevSecOps

Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $213,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
