Overview: This role involves comprehensive management of all functional budgets, including Capital, Indirect, Rent, and Utilities, as well as other overhead accounts allocated to Facilities. The objective is to achieve financial goals targets through strategic oversight and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget Management: Oversee, manage and coordinate budget sub distribution for all budgets related to Facilities, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with a geographically dispersed team supporting facilities operations across various national locations. Facilitate requirements integration with Managers, Directors at these sites and Facilities VP.
Strategic Planning: Develop business strategies and forecasts, including the preparation of internal and external financial forecasts and plans. This includes the Long Range Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan for Indirect, NCTA, and Capital planning.
Resource Planning: Possess in-depth knowledge of resource planning, including managing headcount, open requisitions tracking, outsourced services, and the procurement process. Coordinate with internal divisions and functions requiring facilities support, and maintain integration with Corporate teams supporting Enterprise initiatives.
Risk Management: Play a critical role in risk management by ensuring timely communication of budget performance to upper management, enabling informed decision-making.
Operational Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Facilities Operations and Budget integration to ensure seamless operations. Address and resolve daily issues with suppliers and internal customers to maintain safety, compliance and program performance for all NGAS locations.
Communication and Presentation: Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations to diverse audiences, ranging from individual contributors to Sector and Corporate Vice Presidents, Sector Controller, and CFO.
Data Management: Manage data related to facilities, including footprint, project costs, historical data, and the maintenance of automated tools for transaction analysis. Provide direction and resolution of business issues with internal customers as well as assist in any compliance related audits or investigations.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with minimum of 9+ years' industry related experience or Master's Degree in Management with 7+ years' experience
Must be able to exercise influence and lead team to success
Ability to make independent decisions, be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, detail orientated and team player
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with an ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management
Highly organized
Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles, including compliance related to different colors of money
Demonstrated ability to effectively participate on team projects
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility to drive tasks to completion
Detail orientated but able to grasp the big picture
Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning within a facilities context
* Knowledge in SAP S/4, Tableau and other analytics toolsets

Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $231,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
