This individual will lead capture-related activities for opportunities across a wide customer base, including the NASA, major telecom providers, and Defense and Intelligence communities. The successful candidate will work closely with all of Northrop Grumman's functional organizations including NGSP's leadership team and other industry and government partners. This position will require up to 10% travel.

Business case analysis
Customer relationship management
Customer acquisition approach analysis and shaping
Professional relationship development and maintenance with key decision makers
Government Relations collaboration on customer engagement strategies and execution
Future customer requirements analysis and planning
Capture strategy development and execution
Customer and competitor assessments
Leading teams to develop solutions compliant with customer requirements
Leading capture/proposal teams
Workforce planning

Teammate/supplier selection and relationship management
Internal briefings to the NGSpace leadership team
Ethics
Ensuring new business activity is carried out in accordance with government, customer, and Northrop Grumman policies, procedures, and processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
9+ years' experience with program management, customer management, capture, and/or business development.
4 year of experience leading and managing cross functional teams.
Knowledge and experience with civil and commercial space opportunities.
Knowledge and experience with interceptor and target missiles.
Knowledge of customer acquisition processes.
Current/active Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
Proven experience with civil and commercial capture and/or business development.
Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams.
Experience in program planning, budget development and execution, workforce planning, risk management, and the implementation of project processes and controls.
Current user and acquisition customer relationships.
* Current/active TS/SCI security clearance
Salary Range: $147,700.00 - $221,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
