Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst or Principal Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Rancho Bernardo, CA.
Accomplish This position will support the Global Hawk Enterprise of systems. Primary support is for the USAF RQ-4 CoCLS ROK and Japan programs. The selected candidate will manage the repair and inventory process of high-value components to support real-world mission requirements. This work may include developing new requirements and demands within the Enterprise Resource Planning tool (S4), tracking the movement of items through the repair and/or replenishment process, building up kits for delivery to field units, and selling off items through quality and DCMA inspections.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


Controls the efficient flow of spares, repairs, materials, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements.

Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet performance objectives and contract requirements.

Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.

Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by NGAS Procedures and USG FAR regulations.

Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes.

Basic Qualifications Logistics Management Analyst:

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or material procurement; OR a Master's degree with 0 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or material procurement

Understanding and application of Supply Chain principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Knowledge of SAP/MRP.

Your ability to obtain or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated DoD Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

Basic Qualifications Principal Logistics Management Analyst:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or material procurement; OR a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or material procurement

Understanding and application of Supply Chain principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Knowledge of SAP/MRP.

Your ability to obtain or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated DoD Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SAP/MRP Supply Chain Management modules to include spares ordering, repair processes and inventory management.

Proficient with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel, to include formulas, charts, and pivot tables

Experience with data analytics, data mining, and/or data integrity

Active DoD Secret clearance

Supply Management experience supporting manufacturing, production and sustainment contracts

Experience with industry leading practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.

Experience executing Contractor Support of Weapons System, Logistic Product Support Elements, and performance-based logistics programs

Primary Level Salary Range: $67,100.00 - $100,700.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
