Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Analyst - Level 2 or 3, to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Based on experience, this is a security position that may focus on SAP and/or IC program requirements as well as DoD program requirements. This position supports the Gilbert Site as well as Dulles and El Segundo via virtual connectivity.
This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or 3.
In this job, you will:
Have the need to adapt to a fast paced and challenging work environment and must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
Support the day-to-day security functions of multiple Special Access Programs (SAPs) or IC customer
Have an opportunity to function as an ACPSO.
Be willing to work with limited supervision and have the ability to make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
Responsible for interpreting and applying manuals outlining regulations and establishing procedures for handling, storing, and maintenance of records and for granting personnel and visitors' access to restricted records and materials.
Have a working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Manuals (5205.07), IC Security manuals and security classification guides.
Need the ability to travel and execute security responsibilities at deployed (CONUS) locations in support of launch operations
Showcase your proven ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment, fostering strong relationship and contributing to the achievement of shared goals

Basic Qualifications - Level 2:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Must have industrial security experience
Requires an active Top-Secret clearance at time of application with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) approval within a reasonable time frame determined by the company
Basic Qualifications - Level 3:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Must have industrial security experience
Requires an active Top-Secret clearance at time of application with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) approval within a reasonable time frame determined by the company
Preferred Qualifications - Both Levels:
Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of US Government tools and databases, inc
Prior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) Experience
SAP Accountability Officer (SAO) Experience
Experience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratings
Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs)
Experience with SLOPACS, DISS and JADE

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
