The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Global Mobility Office as a Global Relocation Specialist leading the development, implementation and ongoing operational administration of the companywide domestic relocation programs.

This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing on-going administration of all aspects of the domestic relocation programs as well as supporting RFP initiatives, development of appropriate enterprise policies, procedures and processes.

Accountable for the delivery of a high level of customer service adequately reflecting the corporate culture and supporting program strategies, timely initiation of relocation services

Manage policy exceptions in compliance with FAR/IRS guidelines.

Execution of benefit delivery requires partnerships with internal departments and external service providers: Staffing, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, Information Systems, Household Goods Carriers and other external service providers to ensure compliance with program specifications, relocation policies, procedures and FAR/IRS regulations.

Assists management team with special projects such as benchmark studies/analysis of industry trends. Will be required to provide full relocation counseling and information in accordance with company policies and procedures as necessary.

Responsible for development and delivery of in-house training sessions to educate business partners and support top performance standards related to the domestic relocation function.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant relocation experience OR Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant relocation experience (will consider additional experience in lieu of education i.e. Associate's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant relocation experience OR High School Diploma and a minimum of 9 years of relevant relocation experience)

Required experience in corporate relocation, domestic relocation, service industry relocation

Knowledge of homesale programs (Buyer Value Option [BVO]/Guaranteed Buyout Option [GBO])

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, planning and execution skills

Able to effectively communicate decisions to employees and service provider

Strong Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and/or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations

Knowledge of International Relocations

Background in Real Estate is a plus

Experience with process mapping tools

Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
