This position will support the Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs. Responsibilities:
Create and maintain operational and technical documentation including processes, procedures, training materials, and forms.
Gather and update information and data, maintaining centralized storage for ease of access.
Obtain subject knowledge through interviews, observations, and technical references to enhance documentation accuracy.
Assist in planning and executing projects related to Equipment & Foundry Engineering, Facilities, and other stakeholders as required.
Act as a point of contact for team members, providing support with process execution and inquiries. #NGATL
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 2 years of related experience in industry or comparable.
Proficient in technical writing with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Experience in acquiring and documenting technical information.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
• US Citizenship required

Salary Range: $64,100.00 - $96,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
