As a Field Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing Subject Matter Expert advice on engines, avionics and military systems that require engineering approval.
You will also have accountability for:
The provision of AOG support that delivers maintenance and trouble-shooting advice to the customer
The provision of continuous training to maintenance to personnel when requested
The provision of away base assistance to facilitate the maintenance and repair of aircrafts
The provision of assistance in resolving the aircrafts parts shortages and/or provisioning issues

Assisting in reducing nil fault found occurrences
Assisting in drafting technical instructions and/or procedures
Provision of clarification for the aircraft systems and maintenance procedures within delegated authority
Identifying and recommending alternative tooling and support equipment
Developing, recommending and reporting on corrective actions taken to maximise aircraft system operational capability, availability, readiness, safety and longevity
About You:
The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at NV1 and ASIC requirements
Extensive C27-J or equivalent flight-line troubleshooting experience, preferably within mainline operations
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Certifying staff member
A minimum of 10 years aviation maintenance experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience on Airlift type aircraft
Demonstrated working knowledge of DASR regulations
Project Management qualifications
Ability to teach and mentor
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a multi-disciplinary team
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
