Northrop Grumman Defense Systems has an exceptional opportunity for a Facilities Representative to support our Armament Systems site in Mesa, Arizona.
Position Summary
Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: Facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Timely and accurate approval of Supplier Invoices and assisting with responses to external and internal customer inquiries.
Create Statements of work, solicit vendor bids and submit purchase requests related to the facility.
Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are implemented and carried out in a
manner consistent with company policies.
Assist in the development of capital budgets for the site for facility improvements and cost reduction initiative.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to research and resolve customer questions without supervision.
The ability to multitask and work independently to meet service delivery agreements.
Maintains preventative maintenance records.
Coordinate facility constructions or modifications.
Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to ensure compliance with sound building practices.
Provide financial analysis of site expenses and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide analytical support by providing reports and analysis to management
Minimum Qualifications:

This position emphasizes skills first
6 years of relevant facilities experience
May consider bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant facilities experience, or master's degree with no experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with purchasing requisitions
Working knowledge of Archibus employee tracking database.
Working knowledge of Workday
Excellent Customer service skills including critical thinking.
Strong attention to detail.
Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
