Your Role
The Document Support Officer is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the NGA Principles and Operating Practices (PROP) System for NGA. This includes:
supporting documents through the document lifecycle
supporting authors, reviewers and owners through the process as necessary
ensuring timely reviews and updates of all NGA PrOP documents
effective use of version controls
In addition, this position provides support to the Q&MA Function to manage the NGA PrOP SharePoint configuration-controlled Library, delivering error rectification and maintenance of SharePoint partner share environments.
About You
You will be an administration professional with experience in document management.
Intermediate to advanced skill in the effective use of SharePoint will be highly advantageous, as will experience in Power BI.
Experience working in a Defence, Government or security environment would be preferred
