Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft-a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset, and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

Your Role
As the Deep Maintenance Lead for the KC-30A platform, you will be required to ensure compliance to technical regulations as the Maintenance Release Authority.
As a proven people manager, you will be responsible for the welfare, performance, and priorities of our highly skilled aircraft maintenance personnel. You will also:

Managed Technical matters through the development and/or implementation of recovery plans and strategies
Managed allocated teams and resources to deliver serviceable aircraft on time and within budget
Independently managed line and base maintenance work packages and manage and supervise workforce during RAAF Part 145 maintenance events.
About You
As an experience Maintenance leader, you will have previously.

Lead and managed personnel ensuring that administrative requirements are met in line with quality, safety, and company policies.
Maintaining compliance, task card review and signatory of release from Deeper Maintenance
Performed, supervised, and certified maintenance tasks and Independent Maintenance Inspections as a CASA/DASA B1 or B2 License holder
Had experience as a transport category aircraft maintenance supervisor in a heavy/deep/base maintenance environment
You will also hold a current

CASA/DASA Issued B1 or B2 License
CASA/DASA Category C License
A330 or KC-30A Type Course
