DARC is a global network of three next-generation ground sensors, based in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Your Role
As the Onsite Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for managing and coordinating all Northrop Grumman activities at the antenna and data centre site. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safety and security, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support project milestones and operational excellence. This is a fixed term contract until December 2025.
Lead onsite technical operations including Antenna Integration, Test and Check Out (AIT&CO), and the Antenna Test Suite (ATS), ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
Coordinate closely with subcontractors (Fisica, UGL, AvComm, General Contractor) to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and enable efficient, parallel workstreams without disruption.
Provide oversight and coordination for Northrop Grumman teams onsite, including O&M, SEIT, WHS, QA, and post-construction activities across both technical and camp facilities.
Maintain proactive communication and collaboration with key government stakeholders, including ADoD, base personnel, and supporting SPOs, while ensuring timely status reporting and issue escalation.

Experience working with teams over disparate locations
Experience working in a Defence project environments
Leadership experience in a project engineering or technical role
