Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a CPLM SME - Xpedition. This position is in Roy, UT with Manhattan Beach, CA and Huntsville, AL as alternate potential locations, and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You'll Get To Do:
Candidate will support Common Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter) and Xpedition user issue resolutions.

Candidate will directly support the eCAD Product Owner and provide technical support for the development, testing, and implementation of the Siemens Capital, and Xpedition electrical engineering tools.

Triage and prioritize impact of user issues.

Learn program and division Principle & Operating Practices to identify correct PLM usage.

Work closely with program user community.

Act as a liaison across multiple engineering disciplines across multiple programs.

Identify gaps in processes.

Assist with creating and maintaining product documentation.

Candidate will bring a strong ability to comprehend, implement, and adhere to documented processes with an inherent ability to make sound decisions.

Support the electrical design tool users and assist with configuring new processes when required.

Use technical principles, theories and concepts and apply them to develop recommended solutions to technical problems.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Associate Engineer: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with 1 year of experience.

Engineer: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline and 2 years of related experience, or a Masters' Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related experience.

Familiarity with Siemens Xpedition.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period as determined by the company to meet its business need

The ability to identify and address program impacts through systematic and proactive approaches to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates, monitors and promptly resolves conflicts

Competence and confidence working under pressure on requests with short turn-around times

Familiarity with Siemens NX, and Siemens Teamcenter or similar environments

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Master's degree in STEM related discipline

Familiarity with a ticketing workflow system (Service Now)

Familiarity with configuration management

Experience with the following tools: NX Xpedition, Capital, or solid model CAD software

Experience with Sentinel program

Salary Range: $63,900.00 - $111,000.00Salary Range 2: $77,200.00 - $134,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
