Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions is seeking a Computer Support Technician 3; this position will be located in Rolling Meadows, IL and will require the selected candidate to be on-site, full-time, at our campus in Rolling Meadows.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Resolve issues surrounding Information Assurance (IA) while demonstrating expertise in customer service.
Assist Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) with account management, certifying PCs, briefings, wireless scans of classified areas, maintenance of hardware and software baselines, and other duties as required.
Record, maintain, and update records in the organization's database.
Ensure that users have current annual briefings and if not, schedule briefings for those individuals.
Work with systems administrators to ensure that proper paperwork is submitted to enable account creation for classified systems.
Review input data to verify adequacy and appropriateness of material required for data processing and related operations.
Review output data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate internal records.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
Applicants must have an active DoD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or must be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP), in order to be considered; the required security clearance must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
Experience with Windows 10 and 11 as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
Preferred Qualifications:
DoD 8570 IAT Level I baseline certification (example: Security+ CE).
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
* Familiarity with Risk Managed Framework and eMASS.

Salary Range: $56,600.00 - $94,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
