This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.

What You'll Get To Do:
• Lead day-to-day Business Management execution to ensure timely, accurate, and complete business data/information delivery to program and segment leadership enabling effective decision making.
• Lead a team of cost analysts implementing a fully compliant EVMS implementation
• Assist in Segment level development of AOP/LRSP financial and strategic commitments and strategies to achieve and exceed said commitments
• Ensure day-to-day contractual and programmatic change management outcomes are properly incorporated into program cost/schedule baselines and forecasts
• Oversee Business Management participation on Supplier Management Teams and translation of Supplier/IWO business data into the NG Prime level business system
• Assist in Segment level support to Profit and Loss responsibilities in support of quarterly financial EACs and monthly financial keyline forecasts
• The successful candidate must have a proven track record in leading a diverse team, as well as the ability to promote the professional development of the cost analyst and foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8 years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control, OR a Master's degree with 6 years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control or an additional 4 years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position.
• Prior experience with Financial Planning and Reporting including supporting monthly actuals and forecasts.
• Experience Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as
determined by the company to meet its business need
• 3 years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field of study.
• Leadership experience with significant EMD programs
• Experience with Financial Planning and Reporting including supporting Annual Operating Plans, and Long-Range Strategic Plans.
• Experience with large proposals and negotiations
• Experience with Risk and Opportunity management
• Experience with S4 Hana
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

Primary Level Salary Range: $146,800.00 - $220,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
