The employee will research and develop sustainment strategies for end item supportability and collaborate across sustainment stakeholders to implement various approaches.

You will become part of Northrop Grumman's Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions (LSMS). LSMS provides sustainment support for the US Air Force B-1 and B-2 Bombers, E-3 Sentry, Airborne Warning and Control System, and numerous other Government platforms. Our team members complete engineering, reverse engineering, and logistics solution efforts to solve complex obsolescence problems and ensure warfighter supportability.
This Casual Technical Professional will lead efforts to identify, prioritize, develop and sustainment requirements. The individual is responsible for developing and translating depot sustainment operational needs and requirements into strategies. Working closely with the business unit and collaborating with a team of business professionals and other functional team members within Northrop Grumman, teammates and subcontractors to develop and implement strategies, compliant with Northrop Grumman's Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
Responsibilities:

Provides Air Force depot and sustainment experience and insights into Strategy and Execution organizations to identify and develop win-win strategies that achieve depot level end item supportability

Provides Air Force depot process and data systems expertise to support supply chain and depot data analytics to determine constraint root causes

Works with Engineering, Data Analysts, Sustainment, and Strategy teams to develop depot constraint mitigation solutions that are well aligned with depot processes and Northrop Grumman capabilities

Works with Engineering, Sustainment teams, Strategy, Business Development, to develop and execute customer engagement plans and customer messaging with the objective of maintaining strong customer relationships and growing our business pipeline.

Engage customers to identify needs/solutions, budgets, timelines, and competitor capability.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with STEM, Business management, or international focus and 12 or more years of related experience (10 or more years with Masters) in Defense Acquisition / Military / Business Development / Capture Management

Proven experience briefing at the executive level

Strong customer domain knowledge and a proven track record of sustained business growth

Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes and procurement cycles

Able to obtain US Passport

Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance

Must be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with aerospace systems

Experience with Air Force customers and aerospace industry

Extensive experience with Air Force depot operations and processes

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher)

Advanced degree in a business or technical discipline

Demonstrated ability to think strategically to identify depot constraint root cause/corrective actions from a systemic process perspective, and ability to shape and implement corrective action strategies

Salary Range: $42.50 - $85.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
