We are looking for you to join our team as a Business Management Manager 2 within the Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) Business Management organization. This position will be based out of Redondo Beach, CA. This position may be staffed as a Hybrid role and offers the 9/80 schedule.
What You'll Get to Do:
The Business Management Manager 2 will be a direct report to the NGMC Director of Business Management and will be responsible for two operating units: the Space Park Foundry (SPF) and Microelectronics Products & Services (MPS). The Manager will partner closely with the SPF and MPS OU Directors to manage all financial and budget aspects to achieve financial commitments and strategic objectives.
Specific roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing direct management to a team of Business Management analysts.
Providing financial analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate and present data to senior management.
Developing short- and long-term business strategies and key line forecasting, through the monthly indicated final process, Annual Operating Plan, and the Long-Range Strategic Plan.
Leading all affordability initiatives for the OUs, including developing and managing indirect rates, budgets, and investment needs.
Managing risks with multiple contract vehicles (ex. intercompany work orders, commercial type, cost shares) and revenue recognition.
Supporting proposal development from RFP to award, including basis of estimate review, rate strategy, and cash management.
Developing and presenting detailed business cases and return on investment analyses.
Mentoring junior Business Managers and developing professional and management talent within the operating unit.
Ensuring compliance with all Northrop Grumman policies, internal controls, and disclosed practices and providing internal and external support of compliance audits
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of performance, as well as the ability to promote the professional development of the business management workforce, fostering a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, value growth and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher with 10 years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control - OR - a Master's degree with 8 years of experience.
Will consider 14 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement.
Prior experience with budgeting, financial planning, and Annual Operating Plan development.
Experience with SAP.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
US Citizenship is required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field of study.
Experience with financial systems, such as COBRA and COGNOS
Prior experience managing programs, projects, or personnel
Prior experience preparing and presenting financial or budget analysis to management
A current, active DoD Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
