The Associate Manufacturing Analyst (Manufacturing Analyst 1) position supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs administrative activities, interacting with a variety of cross-functional areas while primarily supporting the Operations Program Management (OPM) team. The Associate Manufacturing Analyst will provide support throughout all phases of production and sustainment programs (planning, execution, closeout). Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

What you get to do:
Assist OPM team members in scheduling and executing programs
Compile inputs from Operations Program Management to initiate program loads and reschedules in our Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Work with the material requirements team to execute material transfers in support of various programs
Review material shortages and take action to bring closure
Will work with senior-level OPMs on the direction of critical needs of the programs
Communicate, both written and verbal, with several layers of coworkers and management
Basic Qualifications for the Associate Manufacturing Analyst:
Bachelor's degree
Experience successfully working on teams and projects
Experience material management
Ability to obtain security clearance
U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications for the Associate Manufacturing Analyst:
One year of experience in a manufacturing environment, such as material management, supply chain, planning and scheduling, production control, or quality assurance
General knowledge of manufacturing
Knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), production planning, and material management

Salary Range: $58,400.00 - $87,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
