Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Property and Asset Management Analyst OR Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be located onsite in Rancho Bernardo, CA or Palmdale, CA.
Accomplish You will serve as a subject matter expert for all matters pertaining to the management of the hardware, its accountability, inventory, movement and sustainment within the custody of a large multi-engineering discipline organization across multiple sites.
Roles and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the assessment of supply resources; aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements; plans inventory, distribution requirements, production, material, and rough-cut capacity for all products.
Participates in long-term capacity, and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing ramp-up, end-of-life management and product-line management.
Analyzes and aggregates supply / demand requirements.
Plans inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements.
Creates/reduces supply requirements based on inventory adjustments.
Participates in long-term capacity and resource planning to ensure proper scheduling of new product line phase-ins as well as existing product line phase-outs.
Interfaces with Source process area regarding inventory levels, working capital and other areas as needed.
Creates/releases requisitions. Receives/reviews requirements for non-standard parts. Analyzes lead times and identifies critical path procurements.
Conducts physical inventory of all property and material under the purview of the organization.
Responsibilities will also include Property Management aspects pertaining to FAR 52.245-1 compliance specific to program COMMS and Payload IPT as well as calibration recall efforts.
You will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility within a 9-80 work schedule. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Basic Qualifications Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree 2 years of related experience; OR a Master's degree 0 years of experience.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Inventory management experience
Knowledge pertaining to industry inventory management practices
Ability to lift 25 pounds of equipment during property management activities
Ability to obtain forklift operator's license
Active in-Scope, DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain DoD Top Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR). This SAP/PAR must be obtained prior to commencement of employment and must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs. (Of note: SAP/PAR will be upgraded once selected candidate is in role. Therefore, candidate must also be able to obtain and maintain upgraded SAP/PAR.)

Primary Level Salary Range: $67,100.00 - $100,700.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
