What You'll Get To Do:

Provide IPT leadership for Integration Assembly Test and checkout team
Lead activities related to standing up an initial assembly line for sub-assemblies and final assemblies
Oversee manufacturing readiness assessment, build planning, and work instruction development.
Oversee all build and integration activities to meet program deliverables.
Create presentations and brief status to Advance Program leadership
Conduct Risk, Opportunity, and Issues management for your scope
Manage the budget and schedule for your scope on one or multiple programs
Support the programmatic and technical execution within a rapid development program.
Support staffing planning and estimation and provides resolutions to engineering design conflicts and test problems.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience or an 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
Experience standing up a production line for an initial build.
1+ years of experience leading a multi-functional assembly team
1+ years of experience overseeing budget management, schedule management, and vendor coordination
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
The ability to apply knowledge, insights and understanding of business and financial concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions, and performance.
2+ Yrs of experience demonstrating excellent technical leadership, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills, effectively engaging with internal staff, external customers, and partners.
Experience with detailed design and engineering and manufacturing development.
Experience with rapid prototyping and demonstration.
Experience with hypersonics and hypersonic environments.
Demonstrated success aligning teams, organizations or employee resource groups to achieve a common goal.
Salary Range: $135,100.00 - $224,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
