This is an office-based role working a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).

In this role, you will be an integral member of the team by directly supporting 6 directors with office support functions such as arranging travel, orchestrating meetings, events, and conferences, maintaining/ordering supplies, and calendar management. You will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while exercising good judgment, demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow-through.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Managing frequently changing calendars using judgement to prioritize, deconflict, and/or reschedule appointments, as needed

Coordinating travel arrangements for international and domestic travel, preparing expense reports, and maintaining pertinent travel documentation

Communicating with internal and external customers and management, professionally representing the company and organization

Organizing and executing internal and external meetings, including conference room reservations, room set up, catering requests, publishing agendas, and following up on action items

Assisting with orchestrating site events and activities

Proactively manage and prioritize calendars for assigned staff

Preparing and perfecting PowerPoint presentations and driving slides during meetings

Supports visitors by submitting visitor requests, reserving office space/conference rooms, etc.

Keeps inventory of office supplies and orders/purchases as needed

Providing departmental IT support including submitting tickets on behalf of the team, setting up team cell phones, and maintaining printers

Maintaining departmental rosters, seating charts, and organizational charts

May provide back-up support for other administrative staff

Managing and/or supporting special projects, as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of additional education and/or related professional experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Teams (or equivalent), and SharePoint (or equivalent)

Experience with travel and expense reporting systems (Concur or similar)

Experience providing administrative support to senior level management

Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Secret clearance or higher

Experience running Tableau dashboards

Experience providing administrative support to multiple leaders simultaneously within a large corporate environment

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess the following:

Demonstrated leadership skills to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff and executive team

Considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment

Proactive mindset, self-motivated, well-organized, and exceptionally detail-oriented

Salary Range: $55,800.00 - $93,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
