This position will be in Melbourne, FL.
The selected candidate will support an Integrated Product Team (IPT) located in Melbourne, FL. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, with an eagerness to learn, and a passion for managing concurrent and effective projects. The selected candidate should have a willingness to explore new project management techniques and develop them in a team environment.
As an Aircraft Solutions Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to activities in Project Management team responsibilities including:

Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management
Planning, scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM)
Configuration and Data Management
Contract Requirement Management
Resource Management
Proposal / Capture for Program Growth
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL the below criteria. The candidate must:

Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026.
Be majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related degree program
Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Preferred Qualifications:

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
Intern Pay Range:

Undergraduate Degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $19.00 to $28.00 per hour
Master's: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
