The Role:

Nitro seeks a high-caliber Senior Channel Account Manager with a hunter mentality and robust relationships with both MSPs and VARs. This role demands a strategic visionary adept at uncovering and seizing new business avenues, deepening market impact, and fostering impactful partnerships in the North American region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a nuanced channel sales strategy that targets revenue growth and market expansion through both MSP and VAR channels.
  • Proactively hunt and onboard new MSP and VAR partners, establishing Nitro as a go-to solution for digital document workflows.
  • Cultivate and strengthen existing relationships with key MSPs and VARs, ensuring their engagement and success with our product suite.
  • Collaborate with VARs to enhance Nitro's product offerings through added services and solutions that deliver unique value to customers.
  • Drive joint marketing initiatives and co-selling opportunities with MSPs and VARs, aligning efforts to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to both MSP and VAR partners, ensuring they are equipped to represent and sell Nitro solutions effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments with MSP and VAR partners, setting objectives and action plans to stimulate growth and address challenges.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive threats, and customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance the channel strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in channel sales, with a demonstrable track record in MSP and VAR engagement and growth strategies.
  • Extensive network within the MSP and VAR communities, with proven success in nurturing profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Strong , d emonstrat able experience recruiting MSPs and VARs in Region.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders within MSP and VAR ecosystems.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of developing and executing plans that meet ambitious sales goals and broaden market presence.
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment, with a willingness to lead initiatives and drive results.
  • Readiness to travel 60-70% of the time, engaging with channel partners directly and enhancing partner relationships through regular, in-person visits as well as represent Nitro at various industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences.
