WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Closely work with Marketplace unit leads for feedback and quick response from function needs to drive concept excellence. This role will be responsible for driving concept seasonal plan, key projects plan and delivering of tools, plans and directive in a timely manner. You must be connected in the retail marketplace to understand consumer, marketplace, retail trends and insights.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Visual Merchanting Specialist II for Latam, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of driving the concept visual merchandising strategy to elevate the consumer experience.

  • Requires a 4-year college degree (ideally in design, marketing, fashion or similar).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Verbal communication skills and compelling presentation skills.
  • English advanced level that allows written and spoken interactions with Geo & Global partners.
  • Typical office job with no special physical requirements
  • Some travel required for market visits and select door opening setup.
  • Good commend of written and oral.
  • Very sensitive to fashion trends and has a good aesthetic sense.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be responsible to build the product presentation directive from a professional perspective and share with the territory team, to help concept stores can get better support and provide great shopping experience to consumers.

  • Build VM direction through gender-WOMEN/MENS/KIDS journeys that under the Concept Map-Marketing priority thru Brand/Priority 1/Priority 2/ Always On / 365 stories and commercial. Create the full vision about seasonal product journey based on the assortment by concept.
  • Cooperation with merchandising team for assortment strategy.
  • Define clear working process within the territory.
  • Define mannequins, styling strategies based on campaign needs to powerful brand seasonal story. Deliver clearly seasonal campaign VM directive to stores.
  • Consumer insights and follow up for seasonal campaign story by concept.
  • To define strong styling ethos inclusive of identity and tone serving consumer thru performance and lifestyle.
  • Work closely with city cluster team for make sure directive download by concept for key doors.
