Specialist II, MPU GTM Process Excellence

Job Purpose:

This position sits under Go-To-Market(GTM) team, which is the sub-function under Nike GC Marketplace (Sales) function to plan, drive and enable marketplace unit(store or digital commerce) seasonal GTM process execution. It is a role to organize and connect with Marketing, Merchandizing, Planning (DSM) and Marketplace unit team to prepare and align seasonal buy target, investment structure, product assortment, and marketing support plan via seasonally scheduled meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve seasonal Marketplace unit GTM process to drive internal cross functional collaboration excellence.
  • Create and communicate seasonal marketplace unit GTM calendar.
  • Plan, organize and facilitate each gate meetings on seasonal process, by setting appropriate meeting objective and agenda, managing and inviting right audience, hosting and supporting meeting execution, capturing key meeting minutes and sending recaps post meeting.
  • Understand seasonal business investment goals and open questions, challenges from all different aspects, summarize and track key follow-ups along the whole season, driving cross functional counterparts to close gaps.
  • Proactively engage with cross functional team counterparts to create synergy and avoid information gaps, as well as creating trusts between teams.
  • Work closely with GTM enablement team to make sure all deliverables readiness for each process gate, proactively call out issues and drive resolutions.
  • Work closely with GTM sample and digital capability teams to make sure all required fundamental supporting, like samples and toolkits would be ready for each process gate.
  • Support line manager to manage marketplace unit process excellence by creating and updating GTM process definition documents, manage seasonal process gate deliverables via Box folders.
  • Co-support retail partner sell-in gate via different assigned projects and tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years above working experience in operation or relevant functions, FMCG industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with effective understanding and expressions
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin
  • Master office apps, especially on Excel and PowerPoint (or Keynotes)
