WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead our operational focus and strategic direction for the Jordan business across EMEA. You will bring a wealth of end-to-end Supply Chain expertise, shaped by deep collaboration with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Marketplace Operations, Demand & Supply Management, and Commercial teams.
You're a confident, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As the operational voice of Jordan within the broader organization, you're passionate about driving performance through data, process excellence, and teamwork. You have a strong ability to influence, prioritize, and lead across a matrixed environment while championing innovation and continuous improvement in Supply Chain operations.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will be at the forefront of operational strategy and execution for Jordan. You will:
- Own the operational performance and cross-functional collaboration linked to the Jordan strategy.
- Drive alignment between Jordan's strategic objectives and the overall EMEA Fields of Play operational roadmap.
- Lead key initiatives that elevate visibility of performance and accelerate actions against our core KPIs: Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability.
- Ensure exceptional delivery of product launches and seasonal activations by driving consistent operational execution.
- Champion our evolving MPO (Marketplace Operations) model and contribute to the transformation journey by leading through influence and subject matter expertise.
- Act flexibly to support critical business needs across the region, lending your expertise to where it's needed most.

WHAT YOU BRING
- A strong background in Supply Chain Operations, with proven success across end-to-end processes.
- Experience in Strategy Deployment and a solid understanding of how to translate vision into executable action.
- Deep expertise in Demand and Supply Management, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders across levels and geographies.
- A collaborative mindset, combined with extensive experience in cross-functional environments, allowing you to connect the dots across Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, and Commercial teams.
