What You'll Do
You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Converse's digital commerce platforms, including WeChat Mini Program, Tmall, JD, and Douyin. You'll work cross-functionally with designers, developers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver seamless, consumer-first digital experiences that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and own the product roadmap for Converse's e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform product planning and optimize the user journey.
- Align product initiatives with business goals and consumer needs.

Experience Design & Execution
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, mobile-first shopping experiences.
- Lead end-to-end product execution, from concept through launch.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes across all digital touchpoints.
Data & Optimization
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance and consumer behavior to iterate and optimize the user experience.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Manage external vendors and development agencies, ensuring alignment with product vision and timelines.
- Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders across business, marketing, operations, and tech to balance business and user needs.
Market Awareness
- Stay informed on digital commerce trends, platform capabilities, and innovations within the China market.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in e-commerce or mobile-first platforms.
- Proven experience managing China digital ecosystems (WeChat, Tmall, JD, Douyin).
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, user journey design, and business strategy in digital commerce.
- Skilled in roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks.
- Experience conducting user and market research to inform product decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with UX/UI teams and external vendors.
- Proficient in English at a working professional level
