Senior Specialist, CBY Operations China - Converse

Job Accountabilities:
To drive new product business growth in MP/TM, as owner of CBY business
Business planning including product, price, calendar, content, and other resources in key gate, and brief to the cross function team in manageable timeline.
Weekly & daily execution including data tracking , quick action plan and analysis to achieve target
Seasonal refreshment in product set up and drive a seamless timeline for all the cross team to catch up both from global and local team
Routine communication with global team to deliver a sharp point of view and get support from global team
Team collaboration including Platform/Tech/Logistics/Products/Site Experience/CRM/CS/Content/Marketing/Factory etc. both from global and local team
Manage agency to ensure operation excellence especially in new product seasonal launch and improve the efficiency in process
