Ultimately, you will be responsible for elements of NIKE's proxy that tell our story to investors. You will:
- Easily flex between operating in the details to preparing materials for the Compensation Committee and engaging with our shareholders.
- Appreciate and understand intersection between the regulatory and financial aspects of executive compensation and its impact on program design and pay practices.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment, where you may pivot between owning and driving recommendations to playing a more supportive role depending on the topic and situation.
