WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek passionate Senior Principal, Business Human Resources (BHR) partners to help develop a people strategy and implement key HR programs, practices, and policies for the business, its leaders, and employees!

Our BHR partners offer strategic consultation and coaching to executive and corporate leaders, addressing organizational challenges that drive business and team growth. We're looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to be a key partner for business leadership teams. This role involves sensing and listening to needs, providing mentorship and coaching, and collaborating with HR COEs and solutions specialists. The ideal candidate is a sophisticated, business-savvy HR professional who excels in ambiguity and adapts quickly to change in a fast-paced environment. Individuals must demonstrate strong executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and belonging. You will enhance and build organizational alignment and capability by developing and facilitating initiatives such as team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability, and employee engagement. You will also oversee strategic workforce plans that align with business strategies and objectives, using diagnostic skills and core metrics to guide COEs in creating innovative HR solutions. Additionally, you will provide HR expertise on business strategies and offer sound business insights to leaders and teams. You will manage the talent pipeline, succession planning, career development, and functional excellence. Moreover, you will share business insights with COEs and Employee Services to help them design and create business-focused solutions.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You'll collaborate with various HR functions and business leaders across a highly matrixed organization to help build and implement a Functional HR Strategy across multiple teams and business units!

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 8 years; Masters + 9 years; Associates degree + 11 years; High School + 12 years.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated business-facing HR experience.
  • 4+ years in an HR Business Partner/Business HR or similar role.
  • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.
  • Data-driven approach to coaching and solutioning.
  • Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them architect and manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth.

Preferred Experience:

  • Excellent relationship builder with prior experience partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards HR teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading organizational efficiency, culture building, organization design initiatives, and multi-year talent strategies.
