We're looking for a Senior Partner Rep, NBHD Partners to join our team! The ideal candidate will have the ability to facilitate the NBHD & Authenticators Marketplace strategy within the ecosystem of retailers, authenticators, and community members. We need someone who is an enterprise thinker, able to analyze wholesale and retail business results, deliver engaging presentations and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations. You will be responsible for key franchise management and tracking trends to inform the forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace. This person will be an expert in their assigned territory and facilitate market travel to key destinations for designated groups as required.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be part of the larger Partners team and reporting into the Marketplace DIRECTOR, NBHD & Authenticators. Our Senior Field Rep will work closely with cross-functional teams within the NBHD+SNKRS business in the territory and the APLA Geo. This includes, but is not limited to, external partners (including Retailers, Collaborators, City and Community Leaders) and internal partners (Merchandising, Marketplace, SNKRS, Brand Marketing, Energy Marketing, Jordan Brand counterparts, Operations, DSM/Planning, Finance, etc.)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position
  • Proven Leadership Ability
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
  • Knowledge of current trends and street culture
  • Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
  • Understanding of Team Sales
  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
  • Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Senior Partner Rep to join our Mexico team! We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our Jordan brand in the marketplace! We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on industry trends, product and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Partner Representative, you will shape and execute the future of Jordan's Partner Go To Market (GTM) strategy via on-the-ground Partnerships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Jordan-related matters, and ultimately optimize Jordan product sales by delivering accurate & realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders, ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/return-to-stock summaries and delivery of information. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be reporting to the APLA Jordan Marketplace Partners Director (based out of WHQ) and working cross functionally with the APLA Jordan CFOP teams and Innova / Innvictus partners team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

• Experience in in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position

• Proven Leadership Ability

• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations

• Strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace

• Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends

• Understanding of Team Sales

• Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability

• Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
