Deine Aufgaben als Athlete :
- Du nutzt deine Erfa hrung und deine Produktkenntnisse, um unseren Kund:innen einen herau ragenden Consumer Service und ein erstklassiges Markenerlebnis zu bieten.
- Du unterstützt unsere Leads und Coaches bei der Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen.
- Du unterstützt die verschiedens ten Bereiche des Stores (z. B. Kasse, Warenein - und - ausgang, Auffüllen von Waren auf der Verkaufsfläche, Aufstellen von Displays) und empfiehlst Kund:innen geeignete Produkte, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
- Du nutzt dein Wissen über digitale Geräte, um Online - und Offlineverkauf sowie Services im Store nahtlos miteinander zu verknüpfen.
- Du informierst Kund:innen und neue Mitarbeiter:innen über NIKE Produkte und Services.
- Du erweiterst dein Wissen mit Hilfe unserer Tools und Schulungen, um immer auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben, und informierst dich über neue Trends und Entwicklungen, NIKE Produkte, Services und Culture.

- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel wäre von Vorteil

- Bereitschaft, im Schichtdienst und an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
