We are looking for curious, driven and passionate individuals who love retail sales and operations and know how to build valuable relationships. This role plays an integral part in supporting the NA Direct business and driving growth for the future. We are looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, has strong communication and influencing skills and is results & solution oriented.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience business development, sales, or marketing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth for North America Direct's B2B and Bulk Orders business and ensuring efficient operations within the B2B segment. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the operational processes to support sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
