WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

In this role you will report directly into the the Director, Retail Marketing Korea and will be the key member of the Retail Marketing team. You will be responsible for Partner Marketing / Ominichannel to drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand and build our long-term connection with consumers. You will partner with Korea Marketing leaders, APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) Marketing teams across Nike and Jordan to build more effective and efficient ways to encourage and connect with consumer. Your primary internal partners will include the Partner team, Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS), EKIN, the Marketplace team in Korea, and APLA. You will also work closely with Brand Management to address briefs on our most important brand priorities in collaboration with Brand Creative. Externally, you will partner with wholesale partners and vendors to execute your plans and bring your strategies to life, continuously evolving our market approach.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Lead, Partner Marketing to join our Seoul-based marketing team. Focusing on the wholesale partner channels, driving in-store and online communication planning, seasonal execution of experiences and account relationship management are critical to this role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A Minimum 6 years of experience in retail marketing or brand management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Korean).
  • High interest or background in sport, youth culture, sneakers, fashion and streetwear trends.
  • Project management experience in managing agency partners, vendors and budgets.
  • A strategic thinker and idea generator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to gather business, consumer insights and apply learnings.
  • International travel might occur depending on the business situation as well.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As part of Retail Marketing team, you will focus on wholesale partner channel strategies and programming the seasonal direction for retail partners. You will work alongside above marketplace team to execute our brand priorities and push the edges of sport & culture.

You will lead the development of both seasonal and non-seasonal marketing plans, provide direction and feedback for agency briefings, and oversee the implementation of campaigns across Korea's wholesale partner marketing. Additionally, you will contribute to weekly communications with multiple teams across Nike to share ideas, best practices, and insights. You will also manage the annual marketing budget for Partner Marketing to maximize resources and ensure timely delivery. Success will be measured by Share of Business (SoB) for each Field of Play (FoP), achieving revenue targets, and building emotional connections with consumers.
