POSITION LOCATION
This position is based at our world-wide headquarters offices in Boston, MA. It will have a "4/1 hybrid" schedule, which is Mondays-Thursdays in the office and Fridays optional at home.

- The Lead Global Marketplace and Strategic Key Accounts role will be responsible for Leading Global Key Account Engagements, inclusive of planning the cross functional engagement, strategic shifts & enabling deeper relationships across our global portfolio.
- Maintaining a strategic framework for engagements, collaborating extensively across global and geography teams and helping to define this priority space for the Converse Enterprise.
- The role will also equally focus on the Global Marketplace (commercial) for Converse. Working cross functionally across geography sales teams and with strategic geo partners to identify and address all global marketplace topics inclusive of current programs and in season management along with new products, programs and collaborations/licensed partnerships that have global commercial relevance/alignment.

This is an opportunity to work with the Converse Global Partners team leading global marketplace and strategic key accounts for Converse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the geography teams across North America, Western Europe, Asia, and Global Partners with Commercial, Marketing, and Product along with close collaboration across global functions.
WHAT YOU BRING
This role will require ability to define un-defined areas of the business, build strategies, collaborate extensively and influence cross functional teams across new ways of working. You will also need the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Strong organizational, communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience and interest across Strategic Key Accounts, External Partnerships, Licensees
- International or global experience preferred
- Interest in consumer products, especially footwear and apparel + an openness to learn
- Preferred knowledge or experience across global commercial, account management, ability to communicate with senior leaders effectively
- Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time internationally, as needed
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Draft strategy and recommendations against global marketplace actions in alignment with geographies
- Manage global marketplace partnership, and meeting cadence across geographies
- Lead planning, content development and execution of Strategic Account Engagements
- Lead external partner discussions in relation to global marketplace commercial topics inclusive of distribution, marketplace strategy
