WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Director of Authenticators, Marketplace Korea, and will work closely with Nike's internal Sales, SNKRS, Merchandising, Marketing, and MPO (Marketplace Operations) teams in Korea, as well as teams in APLA (Asia Pacific & Latin America). You will also have the opportunity to work end-to-end with retail partners to define and execute business strategies that drive growth and consumer engagement in specific Fields of Play (FoP) through our QS (Quick Strike) / launch business.

• Marketplace/Operations Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail management, or operations within the fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong experience in planning, forecasting, and decision-making to drive revenue and optimize business performance.
• Data & Detail orientation: Highly proficient with Excel or other analytical tools, with the ability to analyze data and sales result/trend and ensure meticulous attention to detail in all work.
• Communication & Negotiation: Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean, with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives across teams and with retail partners.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As an Energy Marketplace Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for all QS (Quick Strike) and launch business in both lifestyle and performance categories, delivering Nike's innovation and energy to the marketplace & consumers. You will also lead end-to-end sales management experience for accounts that are focused on launch business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the complete seasonal QS product process, from allocation, call-off, shipment, to sales result analysis.
• Generating and delivering both qualitative and quantitative insights on how QS/launch products are resonating with consumers.
• Strengthening relationships with retail partners by aligning launch business strategies and ensuring seamless execution.
• Partnering with Sales, Merchandising, Brand/Marketing, and Marketplace Operations teams at both territory and GEO levels to ensure QS/launch business supports brand storytelling, launch activations, and retail execution aligned with strategic goals.
• Taking ownership of end-to-end sales business for accounts focused on launch business.
