We are looking for a Distribution Director - Night Shift, for our Omnichannel Distribution Center (DC) at our European Logistics Center (ELC) across Ham & Laakdal in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity for you to inspire, lead and coach athletes (employees) in a large-scale Nike Distribution Center and to shape the culture of "Athletes Serving Athletes Personally" and bring it to life. You lead the teams to build one consistent culture of belonging, using data as insight to drive continuous improvement and embed change through innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As our Director Distribution you are accountable for running and improving the operations of two or three DCs in the night shift. Together with your team you guarantee a flawless execution of distribution towards multiple marketplaces across EMEA in accordance with constantly evolving and fast changing needs of our consumers. A CONSUMER CENTRIC service approach.

EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION: A great communicator -able to convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face-to-face or virtually to all levels up and down stream.
