Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of C4C Retail Concept, this role will lead the development of specific retail concepts for Greater China. This includes setting the strategy, driving concept-specific service and experiences development, and working with cross-functions and global teams to pilot proof-of-concept successfully.
As such, we are looking for a consumer-obsessed leader with proven track record in strategic thinking, vision setting and cross-functional project management. He/she should have experience in strategy, marketing, merchandising or marketplace. He/she will be passionate about the future of new retail and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create the future of retail together.

- Develop Nike GC Retail Concept Strategy in close collaboration with global teams and drive concept evolution to support GC marketplace transformation
- Land concept strategy thru spearheading new retail concept innovation projects or elevating existing retail concepts based on consumer obsession and business intention
- Lead x-functional proof-of-concept for continuous retail concepts evolvement and local adaptions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree+ holder with minimum 7-10 years relevant work experience.
- Strong critical thinking capability with experience in strategy, marketing, merchandising or marketplace
- Experience in retail industry is a plus.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across a matrixed organization, particularly with experience in leading complex, cross-functional teams
- Passion to shape the future of retail
- Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
