职位职责:
- 运用顾客服务技能、基本销售技术和产品知识,为顾客提供正确产品并且带动销售。
- 通过提供优良服务和在销售过程中融入品牌故事,建立顾客和耐克品牌之间的联系。
- 掌握店铺各项营运工作,熟练操作收银机进行正常交易、履行送货和收货职责、为销售区提供货物、履行清洁职责、协助进行商品陈列。
- 担任消费者和初级水平员工的产品知识顾问。主动学习和提升销售技巧、耐克产品和文化、客户服务技术的知识。
- 协助领导、高级员工和经理培训初级员工。
- 主动提供顾客服务以协助预防损失工作。对入店行窃或者内部偷窃事件保持警惕并且向主管报告可疑活动。
工作要求:
- 基本技能职位,具有-些相关工作经验。
- 具有执行标准化工作所需要的知识和技能。
- 在适度监督下完成规定程序内工作。
- 具有进行各种日常活动所需要的技能。
- 在未经主管批准的情况下,自主识别和解决在自身工作区发生的-般问题。
- -般在现有程序和先例中找到解决方案。
- 作出与自身工作有关的决定。
- 接受定期适度监督和指导。
- 高中或者同等学历,并且具有至少两年相关工作经验。
- 对目前就读于高中的求职者或者以前有零售经验的求职者不做文凭要求。
