Position Overview:
The Document Processing Specialist position is essential to the success of the Business Process Outsourcing team. This position's primary responsibility is preparing incoming documents to be indexed for Nexus clients. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities of this Position:
- Open, Sort, and Prep documents for scanning according to outlined process and procedures
- Process invoices and maintain accuracy levels guaranteed in client SLAs
- Participate in communication among the team to improve processes
- Ensure that process and client documentation is maintained
- Deliver and perform against position and team performance metrics
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be in office

- Minimum high school degree or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes initiative and pride in their work
- High volume data entry experience
- Should be willing to adapt and learn new technologies
- Experience with document imaging software (desired but not required)
- Needs to be able to meet and/or over exceed in making deadlines
