Contractor: Deal Support Coordinator

Seeking to hire two Contractors based out of the Philippines for Deal Support Coordinator services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, the Deal Support Coordinator role focuses on transactional deal support and administrative tasks that help our sales team close business efficiently. If you enjoy data accuracy, policy and process, working with systems, and supporting a fast-moving sales environment, this is a great entry point into Sales Operations.
Scope of Services:
- Review and verify incoming deals for accuracy; confirm transactions adhere to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines to close opportunities efficiently and correctly.
- Ensure approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented, raised to the right approval levels, and resolved within set timeframes.
- Handle contract amendments (e.g., billing address changes, term extensions, product swaps) by preparing required documentation and routing approvals as needed.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce CPQ by identifying and correcting quote or contract discrepancies.
- Enter and update deal data points accurately in Salesforce and related systems that drive org-wide KPIs.
- Monitor our internal Slack deal support hotline channel and route requests appropriately.
- Become a subject matter expert for our customer-facing teams by answering transactional questions and supporting their deals input (e.g., quote status, required approvals).
- Consistently meet defined SLAs and service standards to support timely and accurate bookings and resolutions.
- Provide general administrative support to the Deal Desk team.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ year experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and Adobe tools a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator in English at a professional level (written and verbal)
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn sales operations processes.
Additional Requirements:
- Hours: 8 hours a day Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm (Eastern Standard Time - US) / Monday 8:00pm - Saturday 8:00am (Philippines Standard Time) - We are flexible on start time as long as you can do 8 hours a day between these times. Please note that interviews will take place between these times as well.
