Overview
The Business Transformation Analyst II is responsible for collecting and analyzing business needs and requirements as tied to continual enterprise data, AI, and technology transformation. This role will actively support the AI Strategist in identifying, evaluating, and enabling AI-driven opportunities across the enterprise. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and value, promote an "art of the possible" mindset, and challenge the status quo as the organization transforms through AI and emerging technologies. The role includes compiling, researching, analyzing, and documenting data, business requirements, workflows, and functionality, with a focus on AI integration. Conduct complex work with latitude for independent judgment and decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership on business transformation driven by AI and new technology capabilities while balancing trade-offs between solution options.
- Partner with the AI Strategist to identify and prioritize AI use cases and support the execution of AI initiatives across business units.
- Drive end-to-end solutions that deliver transformational member value rapidly in iterative releases of new AI, analytics, and technology solutions.
- Track and manage AI-related requirements status and changes throughout the project/product lifecycle.
- Create and communicate artifacts that translate AI business needs into executable requirements and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.

Qualifications
- Experience driving capability roadmap and prioritization with business stakeholders.
- Experience in the banking/financial services industry and deep understanding of industry trends, products, and services.
- Advanced skill in developing high quality deliverables, including oral, written, and slide deck presentations for executive communications
- Knowledge of large-scale IT and/or financial services spaces and emerging technologies relating to business transformation via digital experience platforms (Cloud, Data, AI tooling such as AI Foundry, MS Copilot, etc.)
- Knowledge of and significant experience with end-to-end MVP product and capability delivery.
- Advanced skill in relationship management across multiple business and technology functions.
- Advanced skill in relationship management horizontally across multiple business and technology functions and sources of requirements inputs, including but not limited to senior business stakeholders, journey execution leads, goal owners, product owners, solution architects, etc.
- Advanced project management skills and/or experience working in Agile project management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Desired Qualification(s
- Certifications in MS Azure Cloud Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals, and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
