We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive analyst that's passionate about driving operational excellence to support our business development team. As a BDR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the team's effectiveness and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and sales leadership, along with other cross-functional teams, to identify areas for improvement, implement strategic initiatives, and drive measurable results.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track BDR activity, performance, and pipeline generation
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization within the BDR process
  • Document and implement best practices for lead qualification and outreach strategies, and monitor adherence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand BDR priorities and ensure alignment with marketing and sales on lead flow and qualification criteria
  • Develop insights, influence decisions, and provide recommendations to leadership

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably supporting a BDR or inside sales team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Groove) and Excel
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, particularly related to lead generation and qualification
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with a commitment to producing high-quality analytics
  • The ability to work independently and cross-functionally across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate insights
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of analytics and reporting, decision making and technical aptitude
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $31.25+ per hour
  • Pay progression based on your performance.
